Privacy notice.

1. Data collected

The project-request form collects the name, email address, telephone number, company, project area, message, selected language, source domain and submission time supplied by the visitor.

2. Purpose and legal basis

The information is used only to review and respond by email to a voluntarily submitted B2B project enquiry and to keep an auditable request register. A call involving the relevant experts is proposed only after genuine project interest is established. The intended legal basis is taking steps at the visitor’s request before entering into a contract and, where applicable, the legitimate interest in handling business enquiries.

3. Storage and access

Submissions are sent through a server-side endpoint to a private Google Sheets register. Access is restricted to authorised project personnel. Google may process technical data as a service provider under its applicable terms.

4. Retention

Requests will be reviewed periodically and retained only as long as needed to assess and follow up the enquiry, establish an audit trail, or meet applicable legal obligations. A definitive retention schedule must be published before production activation.

5. Rights

Depending on applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of their data, object to certain processing, and lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority. Requests will use the privacy contact shown above once the working address is published.

6. Security and sensitive information

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used. Do not submit patient data, clinical data, special-category personal data, passwords, trade secrets or other unnecessary confidential information.

7. Cookies and technical logs

The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The browser and web server may create ordinary security, access and cache logs.

8. Current status

Because the legal controller and a working privacy contact have not yet been designated, this notice is a transparent pre-launch draft and public collection of personal data must remain disabled until those details are completed.
